Premier Deluxe Apartments — Instalment Plan Until 2036 with No Interest

Buyers at Premier Deluxe can benefit from a special long-term instalment plan offered directly by the developer, Fort Noks:

• 10% — upon signing the preliminary purchase agreement;
• 10% — within 2 months of the first payment;
• the remaining 80% — payable in quarterly instalments until 1 January 2036.

The apartment price is fixed in the agreement, and no interest is charged on the outstanding balance under the instalment plan.
