3. Benches - full painting.
4. Metallic frames of the shower cabins - full painting.
5. Sewer shaft covers - full painting.
6. Air conditioner stands - partial painting.
7. Balcony railings - partial painting.
8. Balcony visors in sections B1 and B2 (mineral plaster) - brush cleaning of the mold.
9. The wooden part of the stair railings in all entrances - fully varnished.
10. The lamp posts on the complex territory - full painting.
11. Playground - complete painting of all the metal elements.
12. Complex fence - partial painting. From section A-2 to the main portal from the sea side -
full painting.
13. Entrance portals - full painting.
14. The open air gym - full painting of the metallic parts.
15. Electric switchboards - full painting.
16. Railings to the sea - full painting.
17. All metallic parts in the elevator shafts - cleaning and full painting. Elevator shafts -
waterproofing and applying silicone.
18. The tiles in the complex - water jet cleaning.
19. 1st floors of all entrances - painting.
20. Lawns - trimming and cleaning. Preparation for the winter season.
21. Drainage systems - cleaning.
22. Inspection of all the roofs.
23. Repair of the rain drains. Replacement of defective parts and replacement
Of the broken facade fasteners.
24. Repair of the building facades.
