Hi Mirador, The two keys are probably for your safe ,their is a plastic cover on the front of your safe, with the make of safe written on it. Remove the cover, it clips off. Then this you can over ride the code with the key.
Hope this helps.

The keys for our safe, which is similar to FN ones, are triangular safety key. If you cannot find instructions, ask complex manager to tell you how to change combination etc - all the FN safes are the same.

The following is a translation of safe openning instructions as supplied by Fortnoks last year. Take some good quality batteries with you.
How to work

with safe “Crown SFT-20EA”

Warning: Do not keep your keys into the safe

1. Opening the safe

If you want to open the safe for the first time you will have to push 1, 5, 9 buttons and to confirm by pushing the “A” button. You will hear a sound signal and the lamp will flash. After that open the door using the handle before 5 seconds go by.

If you or someone else try to bring into use wrong digits, safe won’t open. If the wrong combination is used 3 times in a row you will have to wait 20 seconds before your new try.

If you use the wrong combination 3 times again you will have to wait around 5 minutes before trying to open the safe again.

2. Programming the code

A. Push the red button at the back side near the knuckle and you will hear two sound signals. The yellow light will flash at same time.

B. Now push between 3 and 8 digits which you would like to use as a combination and confirm by pushing the “B” button before 15 seconds go by. Otherwise you will have to start from the beginning.

C. Write down the new combination immediately and check if the new combination is not included in the terms of opening the safe.

3. Warning for changing the batteries

If the batteries are low the red light (in the middle) will warn you immediately. To try the batteries enter your personal code to open the door. If the batteries are low the red light will flash. Otherwise the batteries are well.

4. You need 4 batteries “AA” (1.5V R06).

Open safe, pull the lid which cover the batteries and change the old ones. You must re-program the code using second step.

Recommendation: use alkaloid batteries

5. Emergency opening the safe

For your comfort was develop “by hand” system for emergent safe opening .If you forgot your combination pull out the small panel in the middle of the safe , put the key into the locker and turn in the opposite clockwise than turn to clockwise This way you will be able to open the safe manually

6. Installing the safe

If you want to decrease the risk of stealing the safe you can fix it to the floor, wall or cupboard. For your comfort we made two holes(8mm) and it can be fix with screws from the equipment
