Good morning all,

Can anyone tell us any information on the new build going up between Mfb and Pfb.. please.

I am told it is a new hotel, not a Fortnoks development. Dont know any more, intend to find out next visit in April.

I was out at Messambria in January and took some pictures of the piling going on at the site which were posted on the Fort Noks Owners Forum.

If your apartment is in Block A, D1 or D3, then I fear your sea view is likely to be affected.

I have heard there is actually going to be 2 developments in between PFB and MFB and there is another on the other side of PFB which is up to its seventh floor!

Yes you are right, that is what is being built inbetween mfb and pfb.

I would think the little robinsons bar would have to go...

Not ready until next year ? oh well, at least they cannot continue to build in the summer months.

looks impressive, hope they have a nice bar and eating place.

or are we in look to think the bars and food will change this year for the better at the fn complexes ?

Messambria bar and food I though was really down hill.

The build next to PFB on the left side as you look at the beach is called
ATRIUM Beach and next to that is ANDALUCIA Beach one at the seventh floor now .From the left side of PFB the sea view has gone

Atrium Beach and Andalucia Beach complexes are next to Zornitza and Royal Park,Directly on the Beach.
Including ground floor it is Eight floors high at the moment.
