Anybody know what re-sales is like for crown fort apartments? I'm guessing not good.

highly unlikely im afraid!
with apts for sale empty at the same price as 3 yr ago then not much chance of a re-sale.
and you can see why when you see so many empty apts across the whole region.
bulgys havent quite mastered supply and demand yet!
