New Build Guarantee
Posted: Thu Oct 16, 2008 12:28 pmHi, can anyone tell me how long our apartments are guaranteed for regarding the main features of our apartments ,ie upvc windows and doors ,Air con, bacony railings , boiler etc.I know that in the UK all new build properties comes with a ten year warranty,only i have had quite a few problems regarding my upvc patio door and they have repaired it a couple of times already.
