Visited the complex in February to furnish apartment. Access was available and good procedures are in place to let other contractors/companies on site. Apartments/complex finished to a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Met up with Saw One Services (Sean & Di) who were very friendly, helpful and hired! (kitchen and built-in wardrobe being installed - see their site for updates on this www.sawoneservices.com)
They provided a service above and beyond what we expected and we look forward to meeting up for another drink!!
Local furniture shop Danista (www.danista-bg.com) was very good - they delivered and assembled the bedroom furniture the next day as part of the cost. Table and chairs to follow.
A range of furniture shops in Bourgas but beware they don't all accept Visa and most only deliver to the pavement outside complex. Thanks to Sean & Di we will shortly have a suite and cabinet delivered. Allow plenty of time for deliveries - up to 8 weeks or more.
You can purchase all other goods to finish apartment off in Bourgas.
Plenty of supermarkets in Sunny Beach, found a few nice restaurants despite majority of things closed.
Looking forward to staying in apartment shortly but beware main road is busy.

I have used www.bulgarianfurnishing.com who have been really helpful and flexible (the furniture is ready and the apartment is not!) and worked with me to organise it all remotely from the UK so that it will be furnished for my first visit in May. They were happy to advise on colours/styles etc as well.

We have a 1 bed apartment and chose a middle of the range option for about 5000 Euros which included absolutely everything, kitchen box, bedroom, lounge, patio, linen, crockery and also pictures, vases etc that make the place look more welcoming .... hopefully! Email them and they will email back a brochure and price list.

Can't remember name of furniture shop we recently bought from but will find out and let you know. Other web sites to try are www.kanor.inet.bg www.interior46.com http://dimchev.911eng.com/ http://technomarket.bg
Hope this helps. Danista shop although small (can order from lots of catalogues) was better than its website. Note of warning make sure you measure everything before buying, bedroom suite we originally wanted was far too big for the space.
