Preparation for the Summer Season

- the pools are cleaned and prepared. Waiting for the official authorities permission to fill them with water;
- all the green areas are mowed;
- new trees were planted - Leylandii instead of the ordinary Thujas;
- the trees and the roses were trimmed;
- all repair works under the Fort Noks guarantee program have been completed;
- the damaged ground tiles were replaced;
- cleaning of the building entrances is taking place on schedule;
- cleaning the territory of the complex on a daily basis;
- check up and airing of the apartments;
- the painting of the facades is completed.
