If I have a washing machine delivered from Masterhaus, do they carry it up to your apartment?

You always have to negotiate a fee (cash) with the drivers to carry it upstairs. Sometimes its best to use a local taxi driver with a large people carrier type taxi, especially if you are willing to give them the old appliances, assuming they still work. We had our washer delivered but we have managed to get a double mattress, tall fridge freezer, a few small electrical appliances and a big supermarket trolley of shopping / household goods from Janet in one trip. We use a local taxi guy who lives in Vlas. One pays for the taxi rank outside Grand Fort, the other doesn't.
