Washing Machine

Could any one tell me is it a good idea to have a washing machine in the apartment. I am in Nessebar Fort club. I am sure you all have got the offer of installing a machine for €350.00. The last two years we have rented out the apartment. Do any one know does it rent better with a washing machine in it. When we use it I do not see the need for a washing machine as to get laundry done it is so cheap, but maybe people renting would require one.
Any help would be grateful. Lucky

I have a washing machine in my apartment which I only rent to people I know but I think it is important to have a washing machine if people have a early morning flight how are they supposed to have bedding and towels washed before they leave and if renting to strangers how can you trust them to wash them after use , I think family's looking to rent will go for one with machine rather than not.
