HHB Holiday Rental Company

Please can anyone tell me if they have used HHB holiday homes to rent their flat out ? I have used them this summer and I am still waiting for the manager. Stephen Dainty to pay me the rest of my rental money. Any advice on him would be welcome but please don't use this company to let out your flat.
