Thanks great news Linda, well done to you (and also FN and the excellent office staff at NFC). I saw lots of maintenance work going on at the Complex
when I was there last month and when the exterior painting is carried out next year it will really add to the status of NFC. Also the recent and current
developments happening around this area will I feel sure contribute to the desirability factor subsequently helping to promote this particular location in
Sunny Beach.

HI LINDA ,ALL THOUGH THE WHOLE COMPLEX HAS NOT BE PAINTED AT THE SAME TIME, I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT SOME DIFFERENT SECTIONS HAVE BEEN PAINTED EVERY SPRING WHERE DAMAGE HAS OCCURED FROM THE HARSH WINTERS,BUT PEOPLE DONT NOTICE IT AND FN DO IT AS PART OF THE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT!!! YOU ONLY SEE THE COMPLEX IN SUMMER ,TRY WINTER AND SEE THE DAMAGE THAT IT CAUSES AND THEN COME OUT IN SPRING AND SEE PLENTY OF PEOPLE GETTING ALL COMPLEXS READY FOR THE SEASON,,,SO IN FACT LINDA I KNEW BEFORE YOU THAT THE COMPLEX WAS GOING TO GET SOME PAINTING IN SPRING BECAUSE THEY PAINT DAMAGED AREAS IN THE SPRING EVERY YEAR AND HAVE DONE SINCE YOUR COMPLEX WAS BUILT, IF THEY ARE GOING TO PAINT THE WHOLE COMPLEX THEN ALL WELL AND GOOD, BUT I THINK ITS NOT IN BAD ORDER ALLTHOUGH SOME AREAS WHERE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS HAVE DISCOLOURED WALLS NEED GREAT ATTENTION, AND ALSO AREAS WHERE KIDS HAVE BEEN KICKING FOOTBALLS AT WALLS NEED TENDING TOO!!

SEAN IN MY QUESTION TO YOU, I ASKED WHEN WAS NFC BEING PAINTED,I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT OBVIOUS THAT I WAS REFERRING TO THE WHOLE COMPLEX AND NOT A PARTIAL TOUCH UP, ESPECIALLY WHEN I SAID IT WAS BEGINNING TO RESEMBLE A MILITARY BUILDING.

AS REGARDS DAMAGE ONLY BEING CAUSED BY SPRINKLERS AND KIDS KICKING BALL,THAT WOULD IMPLY THAT IT WAS ONLY AT A LOWER LEVEL THAT REQUIRED ATTENTION??????

IF YOU THINK THE COMPLEX LOOKS OK,TRY LOOKING "UP" AT IT WHEN APPROACHING IT FROM EITHER SIDE,YOUR STANDARDS HAVE TAKEN A NOSE DIVE SINCE YOU DONE MY KITCHEN!!!

Dear apartment owners,

We would like to clarify the situation discussed lately in order to avoid misunderstanding. Like every other year Fort Noks performs variety of repairs, refreshments and improvements over the apartments and the complexes managed by the company.
The works over the apartments in our Fort Noks Guarantee program, such as :

Change of spot lights
Change of electric bulbs
Change of shower hose
Change of shower holder
Change of boiler switch
Unclogging of sink traps, shower cabin, drains, etc.
Repair of flexible connectors (pipe system)
Blinds’ holders change

are being performed during as well as during the summer season, also in the winter.

The outside works, such as:

- repair and prophylactics of the pools
- repair of the courtyards and public places
- additional planting
- repair and prophylactics of the roofs
- additional laying of optic cables (internet, telephone, television)
- repainting of the balcony rails and air-conditioner stands in Panorama Fort Beach, Marina View Fort Beach and Holiday Fort Club
- current repair of building facades in Green Fort and Riviera Fort Beach
- ornamental stone facing of the concrete walls (fence footing and plinths).

are also being performed during the winter season.

These are all the planned procedures. As of now the company has no plans for full re-painting of any of the Fort Noks complexes.
In case of existance of new plans for such major repairs, all the apartment owners will be advised personally through an e-mail and on the news section on Fort Noks website.

WHEN I ENQUIRED ON THIS FORUM RE PAINTING OF NFC,YOU ADVISED ME TO TAKE THE MATTER UP WITH THE COMPLEX CONCERNED,WHICH I DID,THERE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ANY CONFUSION AS I ASKED THEM A STRAIGHT QUESTION,AND WAS INFORMED THAT THIS WORK WOULD BE CARRIED OUT IN THE SPRING.

THEY DID NOT RESPOND AS YOU HAVE,SO MY QUESTION NOW IS "WHY"WAS I DIRECTED TO THE COMPLEX IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN YOU OBVIOUSLY KNEW THE ANSWER TO MY CONCERN.

PERSONALLY,I FEEL IF EVERYONE PAID THEIR MAINTENANCE MONIES,THERE SHOULD BE ADEQUATE FUNDS, TO REPAINT THE WHOLE COMPLEX A DIFFERENT COLOR,AS THE EXISTING COLOUR IS VERY FADED ,TO SAY THE LEAST.

CONSIDERING THE RATIO OF EURO TO LEVA AND LOW LABOUR COSTS I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT VERY POSSIBLE,INDEED A NECESSITY AT THIS STAGE CONSIDERING ITS BUILT SEVEN YEARS.

Dear Linda,

My previous message in this topic contains the same information sent by the managers to all the apartment owners (including to yourself). There is nothing new in it. The information about full re-painting of the complex which you share on this forum is not correct and does not correspond with the intentions of the company for the next 6 months. It neither corresponds with the meaning of the managers' reply to you. I contacted them to get their correspondence with you and wish to clarify the matter in order to avoid the possibility for misleading to the other forum users after reading your posts.
As I wrote previously, we welcome grounded suggestions - about particular need of repair. A question of repainting of the whole complex is not a particular case, but a general wish of yours, for which you insist for the past three years. As of today is not planned to be done by us for the next few months. The complex Nessebar Fort Club was completed in 2008 and the colour was the same all the time, as well as during your purchase of apartment there. In case of intentions for such general manipulation, Fort Noks will advice all the concerned apartment owners respectively.
Please do not post incorrect information.
