Transfer of Ownership

I would like to transfer the ownership of my apartment to my children. How do I go about this?

Assuming your children are grown up, I'm guessing that you'll need to have the deeds transferred into their name at the local Notary by way of a Lawyer over there, you may also need an interpreter to go with you, (although since it's a straight transfer to your children you may not need one but the Lawyer will advise you). I can give you a name and number of a reliable Lawyer over there if need be.
