Two Bedroom Apartment required July/Aug

My sister is looking to rent a two bedroom apartment in July / Aug. She got a lovely place last year for two weeks for €300.00 (Water & Electricity not included, paid in reception on departure) but this apartment is not available on the dates she is returning.

She is looking for something around the same price. It will be for two adult and two small kids.
