Without going to the trouble of hiring a car etc ,can anyone recommend a good day out buy bus , or does anyone know of any good sight seeeing trips worth going on.
Last year we ventured to the old town of Nessebar which was great , but that was about it.Would love to see some more of Bulgaria. :D

Hi - any idea which bus goes to the gypsy market on a Thursday? Has anyone been there? Is it worth going?
Also, I hear that Sozopol is supposed to be very nice. Annette

You can catch the bus to the marina which we thouroughly enjoyed,

I'm sure you have heard of Khans Tent also which is a must, however I would book it direct as it tends to work out cheaper and you get Al A Carte menu instead of fixed menu which is what you get when booking it through the excursion companies.

15 Lev each way in taxi

I would definately suggst Khans Tent :D :D

Depending on what you like doing we operate quad biking safari's south of Bourgas which would be a half day out from Sunny Beach. We do the transfer very cheaply. The safari starts from a Bulgarian village and takes you over hills where you get to see the Bulgarian countryside and good views. We had our oldest customer the other week (76 young) and they loved it.

On the GENERAL forum there is a company also doing golf trips with the chance to see a differant area.

Hi , does anyone know the name of the loud restaurant just down from NFC on the corner, and wondered if anyone had been and what it was like. Do you need to book? :D

Did not have the opportunity to try that restaurant last season - but looking at the motors that are usually parked outside, its going to be swanky!
I hear there are chickens wandering around the place while your eating.
