First Visit

My parents arrived at Crown Fort for the first time on Sunday. There were problems with the apartment through no fault of anybody's, but could have caused them a great deal of distress. Luckily I'd arranged with Phoenix Uk to pick them up from the airport, and Kath Stirling took a great deal of time out to sort out these problems until Fort Noks were available on the Monday. Fort Noks sorted everything out immediately they were informed.

Once again I would like to thank FN for their response, but I am extremely grateful to Kath, my parents have stated that she was lovely with them and ensured that they were ok, when she didn't have to. To have Kath and keith working on the site is a real blessing. Thank You.
