Title Deeds information

Hi,

Can anyone help? We have sent all monies for our apartment at Nessebar Fort but have not been over to sign the Title Deeds. We plan to visit in August but are unsure what we need to organise. Could anyone inform us of the correct process, what we will need to pay for, any thing to avoid paying for and any top tips you can think of.
