Hello to all,
Would someone know what REFRESHMENT means in the services section of this site? I think it may mean the welcome pack am I correct ?
If so what is included?

Hi Ger,

I think that "Refreshment" is a basic clean - dust, sweep etc. Last year, FN listing stated "cleaning-dust and vacuum-cleaner". This is no longer listed but now lists "refreshment".

If you look at the next section (Hotel Attendance, or something similar) it says "twice weekly refreshment". FN then offer full clean and clean of windows only lower down the list.
