Hi Admin

Can you please clarify if Fort Noks are changing locks and stopping people entering their own apartments who owe money for maintenance etc

I like the sound of this, all owners should pay their bit, if they owe more than a year, auction the apartments off & deduct all fees from the sale.

Guess what will happen to my maintenance charges if you & all your mates pay nothing?

Hope you sell soon

Garyis I hope you never have any money problems and you can afford the 10% increases on your maintenance

I feel that a lot of people who bought in Bulgaria when the economy was good now struggle to afford a holiday home. But as a business owner I understand when a customer does not pay an invoice on time that there is a cash flow problem the money to pay the bills needs to come from somewhere and if that is your business account then that means it is eating into your available funds and leaves your account low of funds if you have a number of unpaid accounts.
There should be a penalty system for unpaid bills but not such drastic action as changing locks etc as this will not earn any income to pay any outstanding debts. The best way would be to rent the apartment via the Fortnoks website and the income would go towards paying any outstanding debts until such time as the debt was paid in full.
