Lets hope that the same is not going to happen in the next 10 years
Surely with the amount of holiday makers, apartment owners, & upgraded airport, it's about time the low cost airlines could give us a break, & a longer season would be nice

all seems very quiet these days!
Was it just me or were flights from the UK to Bourgas out of season i.e. June and September very expensive last year for some reason
I can nearly get two return flights for the last week in June at the same price I paid for one flight last year not complaining mind you.....more beer money!
It seems such a long time ago now flying in and out and passing through the old terminal building, I've nearly forgotten how bad it was at times.

We paid £200 each ( included a 20kg suitcase each) for our return flights from Manchester in May. Think the cost last year was just less than £300. Both flights with Thomas Cook.

Posted: Thu Jun 02, 2016 1:24 pmWe have usually paid around £250 per person over the last ten years. We have been coming on holiday twice a year since 2006. We usually travel May / June and August / September. Last year and this year we paid more for August as we are going back before school starts. Price changes dramatically the following week. We travel with Balkan and Thomas Cook. Balkan used to include luggage but they are extras now.
Bourgas airport was awful on Monday. We were an hour getting through passport control. For quite a long time nobody seemed to move at all. Not sure the aircon on as it was stifling inside, much hotter than outside.
