Has anyone used this company, if so what are they reliable?

We've used them a couple of times, very cheap, their office is in Bourgas so the guy comes to meet you in arrivals at the airport (cost 10 euro extra for this) cars were fine, check the car thoroughly for any damages before driving off.

We always use them for travel insurance, had a claim once and had no problems at all.
