Building Guarantee
Posted: Tue Jul 06, 2010 1:05 pmCan anyone confirm what is the length of our building guarantees with Fortnoks? I think I am right in saying it is 5 years. Has anyone's guarantee run out now and if so has this made much difference to how much maintenance charge you have to pay to Fortnoks?
