maint/managment/council tax fees from may 2010

hi
has anyone else been invoiced for there maintenance /council tax fees etc, just mine has increased considrably this year from may, without any explanation from fortnoks regards to the price increases.

Yes i received my invoice too. I suppose we have no choice but to pay? I did request how much the 5 yr maintenance plan was for, however there was not much saving - so will probably have to pay annually.

don't pay FN your council tax they rip you off go into the nessabar and pay them at the council office and note the difference

You pay using local currency the LEV and you require to have with you, your Bulstat Registration card which you should have recieved upon completion of the sale

But dont confuse your maintenance fees with your local tax as a lot of people seem to be doing from what I read in the posts

I have got huge bill for maintenance fees. When I queried it with Fort Noks, thay stated it was in the contract that they were entitled to increase in line with inflation. I have checked the offical inflation figures for 2009 with a n fully qualified accountant and she tells me the inflation rate for 2009 was 0.6%. I will be contacting fortnoks and asking them to send a new estimate calculated with the offical inflation rate of 0.6%.
