Low-flying airplane at Riviera

There are some problems with Riviera Fort. Dear Admin could you solve the problems below:

1. Almost every day 1 or 2 extremly low-flying aircrafts disturb me at RF. There was not such problem last year. I think this situation is violation of noise regulation. May be claim on Bourgas Airport can resolve this issue. Dear admin could you take care about this claim?
2. Most of benches should be repaired.
3. There no words A1, A2 and etc at the front of the complex.
4. There is a problem with closing of common doors (at the entrance and sea exit). They are not closed properly.
