Regular maintenance works

We continue working on the preparation of our beautiful residential complex Messambria Fort Beach for the upcoming summer season.
We are checking all the pools systems in the complex and replacing all the pool filters with new ones.
Full scale maintenance works on all the elevators in sections C1-C2-C3-C4-C5 is organized, paid for and soon will be completed.
It is time for general hydraulic oil change of all the elevators, so we have ordered and paid for 1000 liters of hydraulic oil (200 liters per one elevator). All the system will be cleaned, all valves checked and the oil will be changed.
