Can ayone explain the magnetic card to me as I have only just read that we need to get one,do the owners of the apartments have to buy them??? .I would hope not and where are they to be used.Sorry I forgot to say that we are new owners and we havent been over this year.

The magnetic cards cost 20 leva and are used to operate the front gates to the complex. the cards can be bought from Fort Noks office.

I know 20 lev isnt much, but I would have thought that owners would have got them for free as they need to get to there own apartments and they have already paid a small fortune for the apartments
