I am renting out my apartment in Imperial Fort for the first time . Can anyone advise me on type of insurance required and recommend an agent

Try this insurance company www.intasure.com they provide a quick on line service with all the cover you need. Reasonable rates and I understand quick to support you when things go wrong.

I can also recommend Intasure, not the cheapest but a good level of cover.

Hi Greg :)

It does not matter how much your rebuild costs are has Intersure now do unlimited buildings insurance, you just have to work out how much your furnishings and contents are worth and get a quote to cover this, they also add damage by tenants if your require this, all in all I am quite happy with the insurance I took out this year and, for a one bed app. I pay £10 a month with no extra charges for paying by Direct Debit
