Hi Sean, are you talking about next to Panorma / Marina part of Grand Fort or over the road as Imperial/Crown & Sea Fort?

Have holiday makers flights started arriving at Bourgas UK yet? Are there any/many tourists around? How busy are you? You were going to let me know if you had time to paint our apartment this month or if you were booked up with cleans and airport transfers so too busy.

Love your posts Shaun and you've got a bit of a fan base back in the UK , it would be great if you got back to how you were a couple of years ago, I'll leave it with you in the hope that your journalistic instinct returns and we are pleasured by your daily posts ! 8)

Hi all, the end of october was great weather and that continued up until yesterday with the first big rain in a while, temps for the first three weeks of november late teens with sunshine and dry!! Here in Elenite work continues on a small scale just finishing the concrete structure next to pfb, rumour has it they are going to clean their mess up? nearly completed concrete works next to grand resort and brickwork going up and plumbers and electricans are in, admiral roof on and windows nearing completion, busy winter sorting the inside out! Nothing in sunny beach, apart from some work down by djannys, at the airport there is work being carried out not sure what? looks like a new control tower?? Burgas looking good with the overhead walkways going up, very impressed as most are fed with lifts, welcome to the next century?? the new indoor athlectics arena strating to take shape!! santa,s franchises seem to have increased this year, nearly everywhere you look, couldn,t have a bought a string of tinsel 6 years ago! now you got enough to go to the moon and back several times,, not much other then that from a wet and very quiet BG,have a great week all .... I am going on line to buy some tumbleweed to put life in this place!!!!

Thanks for the update Sean- great to hear there's good weather somewhere, pity those of us washed out of it or worse flooded in this part of the world. Have a lovely Christmas and All the Best in 2016!

Hi All, and a very Happy New Year to you, and i hope you all have survived the festive time! I drove down from Sofia on saturday clear roads with some sunny intervals but temps around -2, got up yesterday morning to a light sprinkling of snow and temp a nice healthy -10, had a drive around in the afternoon and the temps warmed up nicely to -6 not to bad took a few pics and headed home as the weather took a turn for the worse!!!! Woke up this morning to -8 and 15-20 cm of snow ( 6 to 8 inches in old money) but with strong winds it was alot colder than -8 ( just got back in from walk abouts) roads are closed and no way of getting any vechiles out in this, also heard that sunny beach is a no go, so i should imagine st vlas the same, just started with more heavy snow, so looks like penned in for a couple of days, pics sent have a great day!!!

Happy New Year Sean! Thanks for the photos.

The forum is very quiet. I have friends looking to rent an apartment on Crown, Imperial or Sea Fort but we haven't had a reply yet. Not much on the 'net either. Most are Marina or Panorama.

Hi All, The snow has gone, and the temp yesterday was a nice 15+c thats a swing of 25c in a week!!! crazy planet indeed. Work has started back up next to PFB here in Elenite, and the old wooden stalls accross from that have all been demolished and left the mess there ( no surprise on that front), other than that not much more happening at all, work on the Admiral continues,re-furb at D,jannys still going,Burgas looking good with new foot bridges etc, other than that not much else,,,have a great week............
