Waste Land work Started

As we are sitting looking out of our app window, right now work has started on leveling the waste land adjacent to B2,B3,C1,C2, have not got a clue whats happening but will post comment once we find anything out.

Hi all,
As regards to the building, we have just been told that there will be a large hotel in this space. Victoria group are the owners we believe.
Will keep you updated should we hear anything over the winter months and get photo's when possible.

Hi All,

Further update, been watching all the action going on today, with site clearance going right down to Zornitsa, and have been given a link from someone on PFB which is www.seadreams-bg.net and if you go into the gallery section you will see the Towers in the back ground from Royal Park, can only assume this is it.

Any further info we will post before we leave to return to UK

Further update as per F/N Russian forum from Igor of F/N is that it is going to be a single story
Supermarket owned by ZORA.

Hi all

Just been on the Sea Dreams link and looking at all the pictures in the Gallery, although in Elenite, looking at the background hills and various parts of Royal Park it appears to be across the road from PFB, on the same side as Paco's and on the corner near the roundabout of Royal Park.

Unfortunately, it doesn't answer what is being built adjacent to PFB. Igor's post on the russian forum does mention a supermarket but in the context that if it were a single storey supermarket it would not be intrusive to PFB and any building would be the 5 metre access road plus at least 2 further metres away from current PFB buildings. 5 years ago we were told by a fortnoks employee that a single storey restaurant would possibly be built between PFB and MFB, instead we got Taliana.
