Does anybody have experience with this complex in sunny beach :?: Just been offered a cheap two bed in the complex, and it seems like a good deal.
Any info would be useful....Thanks

Thomas,

I have bought straight over the road at Panorama Fort, i have been out there this year and it is a fantastic complex built by Fort Noks, Imperial is just over the otherside of the road. The building standards are great and buying through this company i never had one single problem so i would highly recommend.

Thank you, Yvonne!

I met the developer on exhibition in UK. Still thinking abouth their proposal. Haven't been to BG yet, and wander if my purchase would be secure...
Did you buy thru an agent?

Hi Thomas,

I have an apartment in Crown, next to Imperial and bought direct from Fortnoks. Didn't have any problems so far. Will complete next year.

Also have an apartment in Marina which I want to sell. Its a two bedroom, fully furnished. Details may be found at www.holidaylettings.co.uk/13932. Reason for selling is I need to release funds for another project in Bulgaria.

If interested please let me know. Maybe you wish to try before you buy!!

Fortnoks are currently asking 188000 Euros for a similar apt. on the floor below. I need to sell it for about 160000 Euros, which will include the full furnishing, etc. I have only paid 70% so far, the balance on completion by June 2007. So anyone wanting to buy will only have to pay 70% now. There's no mortgage on it, and since it has not been completed the transfer will be very simple (I think). All maintenance fees have been paid upto June 2007.
