We did, a studio on grnd floor, but we have not completed on this as we also have 2 x 1 beds in E1 & E2.

yes i have, went in july last year, all kitted out, love it, going again several times this year

Only for a few days , 11th till 14th June,,, doing paperwork etc for another place i bought
