we are thinking of investing in an apartment

Can anyone give us some advise on the complex as on reading between the lines there are complaints about Russian families. Is the complex well looked after?
many thanks

Would not invest in this complex as nothing but complaints from owners. There are hundreds of apartments for sale as everyone wants out so if you do buy you should get one for peanuts, but be warned.

But that is what the management is there for we have rented out apts for five years never had a problem because. We select who we rent to. NFC is a very friendly complex a we have met lovely people there. Can't wait for next year if you are thinking of buying spend a few hols there first before you decide. Hope this has been a help :

Kay / Billy

My wife and I have an apartment on NFC and have been visiting at least twice per year for the last 7 years.
It is a nice friendly complex, we have had no issues with anyone.
A bit noisy with kids in July and August but thats what you'd expect.

Well maintained and very clean.

regards

Hi both
we also have an apartment there and we love it, we go twice a year but avoid peak season as it will be more crowded same as any hotel and pool, there have been issues with riding bikes in the complex and the bars last orders at 11o clock, but that is because of Russian complaints, which is odd because it is mainly their kids that create any noise. I don't know of hundreds apartments up for sale on that complex there are a few, there are some bargains only because like back here in UK in 2009 the prices plumited and have yet to get back to the level we paid. you can generaly pick up a 1 bed apartment for about £30,000

We spent 13 weeks in total on the complex this year and had a wonderful time !! We have made many good friends on the complex. The complex is well maintained and as the grounds are maturing they look stunning. Can't say we have noticed hundreds of apartments for sale but there are quite a few.In high season the complex does get busy but that is to be expected. As suggested why not do a rental on complex to see if it's for you. Good luck

Hi Kay and Billy. The last 2 weeks in June will be busy but not as busy as July/August, and weather should be nice we will be out there the 3rd week of June so might listen out for your names and say hello, all though I am not ginger as my username implies. There are a few who rent out and I beleive Jon who also replied to you rents out,we know Charlie and Elaine also a lot of others who go for 3 months at a time which you can do if you own so a good place to spend your holidays and retirement. I still work so unfortunately just get there twice a year. Bulgaria is an up and coming place that needs to have some investment spent on it especially Sunny Beach, which could do with more and better paths and drainage but hopefully in time they will get there. On the plus side you won't break the bank eating out and having a drink as it is quite cheap :D :D
