Renting with Fortnoks

Postby CON123 » Wed Mar 25, 2009 4:53 pm

Hi all, has anyone rented with Fortnoks in previous yrs? I have signed a rental contract with them for this season. Is there any profit in it after all the fees they charge? Seems to be no end to the bills!!

Hi Ann,
Do the deductions include insurance; including Public Liability, water, electricity etc? If it does then how do Fortnoks know in advance how much water and electric will be consumed. :?

Hi Con, Will NFC allow you to use the apartment at any time during the high season?

If we want to use it ourselves we had to let them know by 31st March, we are not going over this year so don't mind but we'll see how much profit (if any after all the bills) we make this year and decide whether or not to rent it out next summer. Just hope make something out of it this year.
