Good morning all from a still mild Elenite.
Building work continues at a fast rate, they are building so fast, every day you walk around and the changes are very surprising. The new malabu work bar has not opened yet, but all prepared and ready. Robinsons bar are doing renovations, getting more windows and new signs. The weather yesterday was like a nice spring day, but temperatures are set to go chilly again by the weekend. More later

Good morning all, from another sunny Elenite.

Hope you are all well, yes another sunny day, with the swans out at bay, a lovely scene to wake up to. Sea nice and calm. Building work is growing at a rapid pace in this area, concrete wagons are here nearly 24hrs aday. Who said it would be quiet in the winter, I have never seen so many people, at least you don't feel lonely around here, thats for sure.

Have a good day all, more later.

Good morning all,

How lucky are we ? another sunny day here in paradise. The swans are out and we now have ducks. They look like baby ducks and very sweet indeed. We had a bit of a shock last night! We had a walk down the beach for a beer at Robinson's bar, low and behold it was shut ! we will have to do some investigating on this one, what are we going to do. The malibu bar was shut too, although not seen this open yet. Other than that all is well here, enjoying every minute, especially when the sun is shining.

Have a good day more later

Good morning from a slight snowy Elenite.

Yes we have a little snow this morning, rain and sleet. A bit chilly too. Hope you all had a nice weekend, we went into Sunny beach for a bite to eat and a couple of beers. Their was a wedding on at Djanny's so we went to condor and had a lovely meal there, it was very busy. We popped into Robinsons bar yesterday and they have cleared everything out, they are putting tiles down, looking good now.

Have a good day all, chow for now.

Good morning all,
Well the snow came to nothing, we had sunshine again by the afternoon. Sun out again this morning. Bit chilly, but nice to see the sun. Building work all around continues, I have never seen building work go up so fast, it is amazing how fast they go. The work between mfb and paradise, this is moving so quick, but they hope to have the bar and food area open for this summer !! Well enjoy your day, more later.

Good morning from a crisp sunny Elenite.
Well it has gone cold again at night, enough to freeze the pools over. We had a power cut yesterday for a couple of hours, so it felt really cold, surviving the warmth from the candles. We were told it could be all night, as their is a big problem... but we were lucky that they had it all sorted in a few hours. All part of the fun !! All is well here in Elenite, sun just coming over the sea, the swans just plodding by, really is a view to wake up to.

Good morning from another sunny day in Paradise.
The swans are out, the sun rising over the sea, wonderful. For all of you who are coming out in Feb, lucky you ! forecast say we will have temperature's of 16 to 18, this is sunbathing weather !! so hope the forecast are true. We look forward to meeting you all.
So yet again concrete pouring all night, they seem to be in a big hurry to get it all finished, as are we, to be back to normality will be a huge bonus.

Have a good day all,

Good morning all,

Yes another sunny day to wake up to, oh what a life ! Sea nice and calm. Bit of a chill though, so will not be sunbathing today. Pools are still frozen. Spent the day in Bourgas yesterday, it is so busy, every shop was packed. Roads were very busy, just like summer. It is nice to get back to Elenite where it is nice and peaceful. Building work continues, but not getting much noise from it all. Well happy Friday to you all, enjoy your weekend. More later

Morning Paul & Louise,

Glad your liking the up dates. It really is amazing how quick the buildings are going up. You would not think that they could fit such large buildings in the small spaces, but they have !
Hope you are both well and have booked to come out, looking forward to our in house entertainment evenings round the pool. The usual gang are coming out in June. Hopefully we could all have a meal in the new restaurant being built next door between Mfb and Paradise beach.
Nice and sunny here again today, I was on the beach for 2 hours yesterday afternoon, it was lovely. I had my woolies on though !
Take care and hear soon.

Good morning all from another sunny day in Elenite.

Hope you all had a good weekend, we had plenty of fun here, the weather has been lovely, so had two afternoons sat on the beach with a couple of beers. We had a curry night with some friends Friday, Sunday we had more friends turn up from Panarama, so we had another fun filled evening with a few glasses of wine. The sea was so calm yesterday, the sun shining and swans just floating past. No joke, we were down to just t shirts !! Have a good day all, more later.

Good morning all,
What fun yesterday, we were without electric for 8 hours, so popped into sunny beach for some food and to keep warm, got home and electric back on, the heaters were all left on so it was nice and cosy when we returned. If anyone is thinking of coming over out of season, it would be wise to inform the manager of your complex, as someone turned up yesterday evening and was unable to get into the apt as all entrances to apts are locked and security had key, but was not informed of arrival and with no power, it took a while for them to finaly get into their apt. All sorted now, everyone happy, but will save hassle if you just let your complex manager know. Well our Robinson's bar has been closed for renevation, and the big opening night tonight !! Have a good day all.
