Is it a Scam ???

got a email from a guy calling himself Mike Patterson of resellbg offering to sell our app for free, have not given email address out and have emailed him for a response but has not returned, is it another scam or is he genuine, anyone else received one.

no did not want too just incase it is a VIRUS SCAM and did not want to freeze my computor,

Weather still not 100% but plenty of action on complex regarding shop and cleaning

I checked out his website, no problems. I'll ask my Son-in-law (website developer) to check it out. As soon as I have any feedback I'll do a posting.

I can't see traffic for other people's sites. But he has no pagerank (which is rubbish) and has 140 pages referenced in Google. That's OK, but not great. Note your site http://www.bulgar---ways.com has 1750 referenced in Google.

I did have some dealings with a Nick Blashill who is partnership with Mike Patterson. I had no issues with them to be fair, they have arranged a few viewings at my apartment, and there were no real issues.

By the way do you know of anyone looking for rentals during the summer season. I have someone looking to rent from the 20.06.11 to 14.08.11. Would you know of any vacancies for a one bedroom
