Hi all,

Just to let all you owners at Messambria know, that Sean and I are now living here. Any questions you want to ask about your apartment, feel free. We are more than happy to help. Very quiet here at the moment, would like to think some of you are going to venture out for Christmas.

We will keep you all updated with news on the building works next door and photo updates.

hi neighbours ,fortnoks have removed the security barrier at the shop end of the complex ,and replaced with a pair of steel gates,it looks alot better, and much more safe. The cleaner still working ,and security,rumi and snezha as well ,feels like we are being treated like royalty, the comlex is getting looked after all year round. Very quiet now though and the weather getting much colder of the evenings. The oak tree is loosing its leaves, autumn taking its toll.
